Low Back: Cat and Cow Streches

Cat Cow: Start on all fours, shoulders over wrists, hips over knees. Round your back towards the sky, tucking the chin like your trying to look at your belly button. Then reverse allow the belly to sag towards the floor and lift the head to look at the ceiling. Keep the arms straight no bending. Lather rinse repeat, many times. This is spinal flexion and extension.
